Fresno Worship Center

Fresno Worship Center started in 2000 as a body in need of healing, a place for worship and a place to call home. Our first services were at the Piccadilly Inn by the airport. We then moved to California Christian College and used their auditorium and classrooms until April 2007. Our senior pastor looked three years for a place to call home. He looked at every available building. Some were too small, some too big; some didn’t have the right amount of parking, etc.

May 6, 2007 we had our first service in our very own building. As we stood in faith, tripled our rent and took on all the costs involved in keeping up a building, our body has grown.

Then in April 2012, our dear founder and senior Pastor, Abraham Rababy, went to be with the Lord. His passing was unexpected and our church began a period of transistion once again. The board then appointed Abel Tovar as senior pastor. He had been the right hand of Pastor Rababy since the inception of FWC.

Fresno Worship Center is once again at the cusp of good things to come.
