FUEL Mobile Kitchen is an award-winning full service, mobile food trailer and catering company. Food should be fun and exciting, approachable and unpretentious, yet affordable and available. It should warm the heart and feed the soul. At FUEL, we bring the overall concept of latin-inspired, new American foods all from the convenience and ease of a mobile kitchen. FUEL Mobile Kitchen is based on three core principles:

1). We only use organic, locally sourced foods,
2). Everything is completely made from scratch, and
3) We are environmental grounded.

We believe on placing a strong emphasis on giving back to the community. By supporting our local farmers for all of our organic products (sustainable when possible), like all natural meats and cheeses, fresh seasonal vegetables, and making everything completely from scratch! What does this mean?
