Fusions offers Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegars allowing the customers to “Taste the Experience” and “Experience the Taste” in our state of the art store. We allow you to sample the product line and decide on what works for your palate. Our sales associates are trained on over 50 estate-produced, award winning EVOO and naturally flavored and fused olive oils. The oils are supplied with crucial product information including: crush date, polyphenol (antioxidant) level, FFA, okleic acid, peroxide value (all measured at the time of crush), country of origin, tasting notes, recipes and applications with more suggestions. We also offer over 30 of the finest naturally flavored balsamic vinegar in both white and dark barrel, aged, certified and cooked over an open wood fired and contains an equivalent amount of solid extracts as DOP balsamic.
With the “tasting” concept of the store, your senses are being appealed to and you are allowed to “experience’ your purchases, first hand. With this premise, each purchase will live up to your expectation because you have taken it on a test drive. Recipes are available to enhance your purchases, giving you easy to follow directions and ideas to create a masterpiece in the kitchen.

MUFAs are known to provide the health factors of helping to lower the risk of heart disease by improving related risk factors. For instance, it may lower your total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels. May also help normalize blood clotting and some research shows that it may also benefit insulin levels and blood sugar control.
