Becky Fields, Camp Director
Becky has a Master’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences from the University of Florida. While working towards her degree she was a personal trainer in the strength and conditioning rooms at UF recreation facilities. She has over 7 years experience teaching Middle School physical education and health. Coach Fields led the Westwood Middle School Girl’s Soccer team to its first county championship in 2006 and again 2008 and 2010. Becky is certified in Lifeguarding, CPR for the professional rescuer, and First Aid. USA Archery & National Field Archery Association certified instructor.
Denise Devonish, Camp Co-Director
Denise was a physical education teacher in Barbardos. She has also coached field hockey, table tennis, volley-ball and currently is an assistant coach for the girls soccer team at West Wood Middle school. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Analysis and her Master's Degree in Special Education from the University of Florida. She has worked at Tacachale, as an administrator and a staff trainer. She has also worked as Protective Services Counselor with the Department of Children and Families as well as a Heath Facility Evaluator with the Agency for Health Care Administration. Denise currently is the owner of DMD Health and Safety Training a company that focuses on health and safety education. She is an American Heart Association CPR instructor. She is a mobile trainer that teaches CPR, First Aid, Child Safety classes and Senior Safety Classes.
