Gardner Health Services

Gardner Health Services provides comprehensive health care services dedicated to improving the health status of the low- and moderate- income communities in Santa Clara County. We are considered a 'safety net' health care provider for people who face barriers created by financial, cultural, linguistic, or other factors. Gardner Health Services consists of two affiliated non-profit organizations: the parent corporation, Gardner Family Health Network, and the subsidiary, Gardner Family Care Corporation.
