At GCA we strive for academic excellence in the classical tradition with a Christian perspective.

Academic Excellence:
GCA offers a broad traditional high academic focused curriculum including math, science, humanities, world languages, fine arts, music, grammar, logic, rhetoric and Latin.

Classical Tradition:
The Classical tradition consists of the "Trivium" of grammar, logic, and rhetoric. It is the foundational traditional education of our early nation and of our college preparatory schools. It focuses on high academic excellence and learning that compliments the brain and social development of the child.

A rigorous, classical education is not heady or dry. This approach engages and delights students at every level. It includes:
• Classroom approaches that complement children’s developmental stages
• Content that explores the wealth of human history, thought and expression
• Latin
• Learning and Leadership

The classical method also focuses on personal responsibility, respect, and self-control.

The classical method is considered to be one of the premier learning methods and is proven in the ACT and SAT exemplary scores of students who have received it.

Biblical Perspective:
GCA partners with parents to cultivate joyful, God fearing children who embody the gospel of Jesus Christ. Everyone has a worldview, a set of beliefs that answer the most important questions of life. GCA students receive the intellectual and spiritual training necessary to learn and think for themselves through a non-denominational, distinctively Christian perspective. This allows young people to graduate having explored multiple worldviews in comparison to a Biblical worldview, determine what they hold true, why they believe it, and how to defend it.
