Gerardo Moceri worked in restaurants all over Italy and has brought what he learned to Payson. His use of organic pasta, along with fresh herbs and vegetables from his garden and goat cheese from nearby Fossil Creek Farm that results in a delectable capellini primavera. Other Items you’ll want to try: Italian- style mac and cheese with house-made mozzarella, wonderful pizza and baked pasta dishes from the wood-burning oven, and breads and desserts, including incredible cannoli made fresh each day.
