Get You Right Fitness started from the love and passion from working with others. Developing the important skills of what it takes to be a good instructor (patience, creativity, confidence, concentration and discipline), I enjoy seeing people improve and progress on their journey to achieve their personal goals.
With my experience in teaching cardio kickboxing and martial art classes, I have taking that knowledge to develop Get You Right Fitness. This is a fitness program that is geared for you to see the development, transformation and progress of your body becoming fit and tight through hard work and dedication
With a B.A in Organizational Management,
I have a diverse background that includes basketball,
collegiate baseball and 22 years of martial arts training,
I am also CPR certified, a certified personal trainer,
a 1st degree black belt in Kajukenbo,
and a proud point sparring fighter of the world renowned
Team Paul Mitchell.
