In Year 2000, Team Global formalized it's organization into two areas; Small Business Consulting services and CFO Today/Ledger Plus accounting and payroll services.

Global Business Solutions is owned and managed in Minnesota. Our founder, Brett Grosklags, has over 20 years experience in all areas of business management and has a Master Business Administration Degree (MBA) from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul Minnesota as well as an undergraduate degree from the Minnesota State University, Mankato with majors in finance, real estate and insurance. Minors in accounting and economics. He has also been a licensed multi-engine, instrument rate pilot for over 20 years.

His business experience has involved owning, managing and developing numerous businesses. Prior to the establishment of Global Business Solutions, Brett was President/CEO of United Steel Products Company, based in Montgomery, Minnesota with revenues in excess of 45 million dollars, employees in excess of 450 and manufacturing facilities in Minnesota, California, North Carolina and Florida. The company was led through a number of merger and acquisitions, business sales and liquidation and eventually the sale to a 800 million dollar company in the steel and building products manufacturing and distribution.
