Gozde Gokozan, MS, MA, LMFT

Gozde is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (10478) holds
a master’s of Science Degree in Applied Child Psychology from Kingston University, London, United Kingdom. Later, she received a Post Master's Certificate in Child and Family Psychotherapy from New York University, New York. Then, she received a Master's of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University, Los Angeles.

She works with children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families. She provide a unique psychotherapy to treat a wide variety of conditions including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, sexual abuse and trauma, ADHD, LGBT issues, attachment issues, OCD, kleptomania, and grief.

She has worked in hospitals; foster care facilities, and non-profit organizations including Children's Hospital Los Angeles and Sandy Segal Health Center. She is currently receiving further training at The Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills.

She is multicultural and multilingual, having lived in United States, England and Turkey. This allows her to understand cultural differences in human behavior and thought. She can provide therapy in both English and Turkish.
