Grayson's Tune Town

Grayson’s Tune Town is a Mom & Pop Music Shop located in Montrose, California. Grayson’s Tune Town was founded in 1953, making it one of the oldest establishments still operating in Montrose today. Val Grayson originally opened the shop selling records but later moved to selling fine instruments. Val’s excellent customer service is what set Grayson’s apart from the competition early on and his business morals are still very much alive within the shop today.

Currently we sell instruments from the likes of Fender, Taylor, Martin, Eastman, Ohana, Kala, Cordoba, Epiphone, Yamaha, Gretsch, Rickenbacker, Music Man, and more!

In addition to our retail services, we provide thought provoking lessons for almost all instruments, including piano, guitar, voice, brass & woodwinds, bass, violin, drums, etc.

Last but not least, we offer some of the best repairs in the area. Featuring professional setups done with very quick turnaround, Grayson's has become one of the bright spots in Los Angeles guitar repair.
