Having been in the restaurant industry for what seems like forever, I like to be able to make for my guests as much as I am able within the abilities of the restaurant. Most sandwiches can be made either hot ( grilled panini -style ) or cold with cheeses, spreads and veggies.
Usually there are at least 7 premium choices of ice to make your cone or dish, plus many flavors to customize your malt or shake. Not on the menu but often served are Italian sodas and cream soda, frappe's and other summer refreshing drinks.
