MAIN - OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Traditional Red Chili is defined by all experts as
any kind of meat or combination of meats cooked
red chili peppers, various spices & other ingredients.
2. No ingredient may be pre-cooked in any way prior
to the official cook off. The only exceptions are
canned or bottled tomatoes, tomato sauce,
peppers, pepper sauce, beverages, broth &
grinding and/or mixing of spices.
3. No fillers such as beans, pasta or rice.
1. You must bring everything you will need with you.
2. Chili MUST be cooked at the Club.
3. Minimum of 1 gallon cooked chili.
