In her spare time, Gretchyn‘s love of Central Florida real estate shines through as she rehabs properties to new glory. It is not uncommon to find her tiling a bathroom, ripping out a kitchen, or laying a hardwood floor after the kids go to bed. She’s made it part of her mission to help Central Florida improve, one property at a time, for many future generations to come.
