GreyStone Power Corporation (GSP) is a member-owned electric cooperative dedicated to providing our members with the best electric service at the lowest possible rates while serving more than 110,000 residential, commercial and industrial members throughout eight counties west of Atlanta (Bartow, Carroll, Cobb, Coweta, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton and Paulding). The utility operates more than 6,700 miles of power lines and offers natural gas services through a partnership with Gas South. GreyStone also offers members credit union, residential and commercial security, and surge protection services.

Facebook DISCUSSION GUIDELINES:
We encourage member comments to GSP posts with a few ground rules in an effort to keep the conversation productive while remaining in the cooperative spirit.
1. Facebook is not monitored 24/7, so a response may not be immediate. We do our best to reply as quickly as possible. The page is monitored continuously weekdays from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST.
2. Do not report electric power outages on this page. All outages should be reported either by calling 1-866-473-9786, online at greystonepower.com, or by using the GreyStone Outage Helper app. Tickets will need to be properly generated for specific locations in order to dispatch crews promptly.
3. For your safety, please do not post your account number, physical address, or any other confidential information on this page. If you wish to alert members about an outage area, please keep the location very general.
4. Profanity, hate speech and personal attacks are prohibited.
5. No solicitation. We view our page as a way to build a community with our membership and welcome interactions and engagement with each of you. In an effort to keep the page focused on the topic at hand, please refrain from overtly promoting a business or product.
6. Please do not post excessive links, inappropriate photos or videos, material that infringes on copyright or spam. Posts that violate any of these guidelines may be removed. When applicable, we will make an attempt to contact you to acknowledge the post removal.
7. Likes by GSP do not constitute an endorsement.
8. While GSP employees may participate in our social media sites, they do not represent the official response or position of GSP.
