Guadalupe is a tiny farm-to-table restaurant in downtown Sylva that serves tropical fusion food for dinner daily and brunch & dinner on weekends.
We also offer organic house-made desserts, fair-trade espresso drinks prepared with Tribal Grounds coffee, microbrews & local beers on draft & a quirky Latin wine list.
Since opening in 2004, we've sourced farmstead cheeses, local produce in season, humanely raised, organic hormone-free dairy & meat, & eco-certified seafood. Some of our current partners include Sunburst Trout Farm, Carolina Bison, Dark Cove Dairy, Yellowbranch Farm, Balsam Gardens, Shelton Farms, Vegenui & many, many more.
