Gulf Coast 5 Star RV Park quickly became a first-class RV Park in Southern Brazoria County, in Oyster Creek, Texas. The idea was to be near Dow Chemical, the L & G Plant, Bryan Mound Strategic Petroleum Reserve, the oil refineries in Freeport, the chemical complexes in Texas and the Gulf of Mexico.

We decided a first-class park needed concrete streets and pads with sufficient parking and a covered cooking / visiting area on the water for relaxing evenings. Amenities must also include a recreation room, conference room, multi-location bathrooms, showers, laundry rooms, an on-site parking area for boats and trailers and on-site fishing.
