Hair By Julie Cooper

Julie Cooper has been in the industry for over 12 years with a passion for color and highlights. She has an extensive color training background at an Intercoiffure salon, the most powerful and influential organization in the hair dressing industry where only the highest prized leading hair salons hold membership to.

Julie worked and trained at Robert’s Salon and Day Spa in Indianapolis for two years before bringing her skills to Jacksonville in 2007. She excels in corrective colors while maintaining realistic expectations and integrity of the hair. In addition, Julie furthered her education in 2014 and received certifications with Primary Syn hair color and Izzo hair extensions.

In August 2015, Julie took the next step in her career by opening her own private salon studio. This will allow her to now provide a more intimate atmosphere and exclusive experience to all of her guests. You can find Hair By Julie Cooper inside Zoey's Collections Boutique in Lake City and Sola Salon Studios in Atlantic Beach.
