Halsted Rd. Baptist Church

Halsted Road Baptist Church was organized June 14th 1959 at 3326 Halsted Road Rockford IL. As the congregation grew a larger sanctuary was built in 1963. Ministries include Amberwood care center, and monthly Clothes Closet. Bible study and morning worship services on Sunday morning and Sunday night services at 6:30 PM featuring praise and worship time with Ross Newland. with choir practice and Bible study and prayer meeting on Wednesday night. Thursday night Bible study at 6:30 PM. Halsted is headquarters for Bless God America. Halsted also hosts music concerts and events of interest to the community.
