Herman L. Hamilton is an attorney with more than 55 years of experience. He has represented individuals, businesses and municipalities throughout the state of Arkansas and has earned recognition as an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated attorney, an honor reserved to lawyers who are selected by their peers for excellence in ethical standards and trial ability.

James A. Hamilton is the managing partner of Hamilton, Hamilton & Leonard, PLLC. In addition to all types of Divorce/Family law matters, his practice includes representing clients in real estate and business law issues including; contract review and preparation; the purchase, sale, merger or formation of corporate entities; real estate transactions; employment-related disputes; and ownership and management disputes. Mr. Hamilton graduated from the University of Arkansas with a B.S.I.E. in 1985 and a J.D. in 1989. In the 23 years thereafter, he has served in several positions of leadership and achieved several notable accomplishments.


Timothy R. Leonard is an experienced trial lawyer with excellent trial presentation skill. He has litigated at least 20 trials to juries—at all stages and levels of litigation in District and Circuit Courts. Mr. Leonard is also an adjunct professor in Legal Ethics for the University of Arkansas at Monticello-CTC. He gives back to his community as the President of the local chapter of Rotary International.
