Please note our policies & recommendations
Creative and Corrective color prices vary and we recommend our clients have a consult before hand (takes about 5 minutes) to give you a proper idea of what your options are and pricing. This includes ombre and high fashion colors.

Brazilian Blowout
(removes frizz, cuts blowdry time and tackles humidity.With no down-time, repairing your hair and extending the life of your color. Lasts up to 12 weeks with proper aftercare. *Prices will reflect based on the length and density of your hair, consultation recommended but not required.)

Bridal hair prices are subject to change if certain circumstances arise (i.e. extensions and intricacy of the updo, and how many different styles you would like for your big day. Please specify if you have more than one idea in mind for your trial so enough time is allowed for your stylist to work with you) trial run is recommended but not required.

POLICIES
Children’s Policy
For the safety of your children and comfort of our guests, we request that children do not accompany you to the salon.
If arrangements cannot be made, unfortunately we will have to ask you to reschedule. Children’s haircuts are not listed as a service on the Harlow menu because this service is done as a courtesy to you by your stylist. If the child is unable to sit through a haircut and is incorrigible during his or her haircut we will not be able to continue the service. Harlow would like to continue to help make everyone’s visit pleasurable. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Color Care/Keratin policy
Harlow Salon cannot guarantee the life of your color if you are not using the proper professional color preserving hair care products. We are here to help you if you have any questions about our products to ensure you are using the right fit for you.

Other Harlow policies
24 hour cancellation notice required.
15 minute late arrival will require rescheduling.
After 3 no shows we will require a credit card number on file to reserve your appointment. A fee will be charged for all services for future no shows.
No refunds on retail products (exchange for equal or lesser value)
No refunds on services rendered.
Stylists have the right to change prices depending on services given.
We have the right of refusal.
