Hypnosis is a natural state of mind you go into every day; daydreaming, reading a good book, studying for an exam or driving down the highway and missing your exit are all examples of being in the hypnotic state. Hypnosis is excellent for habit control and behavior change because you are going into your subconscious mind which is where all of your habits and patterns are created and stored.
