Heard-Craig Hall

The Heard-Craig House is a beautifully preserved historic home located in McKinney’s historic district. The gracious hospitality of the Heard family made this residence a center of social, business, art and literary activities. The home still contains the family’s heirlooms, art collection, personal memorabilia and furniture. The home is surrounded by a Victorian style garden featuring fountains, bower and secret garden. Tours are offered on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Weddings, events, meetings, recitals, visual arts performances and reunions are held in Heard-Craig Hall, the Carriage House and Katie’s Garden.
