Customized Horse Tack & other leather goods. Located in Northern California, We are a small, up & coming business created in memory of my beloved horse, Heart Of Golde. The goal here is to provide friendly customer service & high quality horse tack inspired by you! With competitive pricing, you're sure to find something you'll love for you & your horse!

*Everything here is handmade, cutting, stones, staining. Stitching is done with an industrial leather machine.

*We use quality leather, hardware & hides from the best suppliers here in the USA. Everything is double-ply Herman Oak leather, or a very think piece of Herman Oak. Genuine Austrailian Swarovski crystals & stainless steel hardware.

*At this time, we are accepting Cashier's checks/money orders & personal checks upon clearance. Please ask about payment options as we will offer those for anyone on a budget. POLICIES

*WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY*

-Most of everything we do is completely customized, there will be no refunds unless special circumstances should arise. If there is any problem with your tack/items, please contact at the email/phone provided and we will work out a suitable solution. Lifetime warranty on our products cover replacement and repair at manufacture defect, at no material or labor cost to you.

*Should anything on your item(s) break, chip, fall off, fade or any other problem arise in the first 12 months of ownership, you can ship it back and I will be happy to repair and send back to you. If this is at manufacturer error, it will be at no cost to you. However, if the damage is due to you or your horse, then there will be a cost of repair and shipping.

*DISCLAIMER: Please make sure to take care of your tack. If you take proper care of your tack it will last a long time. This means regular cleaning & keeping out of the sun, even in a zippered case is wonderful. Please clean your items before you send them to be repaired.


CONCHO POLICY:

*I will do free stone/crystal replacement if any rhinestone fall off the conchos in the first 12 months of owning your tack/items. Anything needing replacement after the first 12 months of ownership with be charged for replacement and shipping. However this ONLY applies to conchos that are made by ME, this does not cover any conchos that are "pre-made" or "pre-stoned."

*If the conchos fall off your tack, we are NOT responsible for this. It is your responsibility to check your tack that all screws are tight. You may purchase replacement conchos/buckles.


SIZING POLICY

*In Stock items are made for an average sized horse (QH)

*Custom orders will be made to fit your horse so long as you provide accurate measurements, otherwise will be made to fit the average horse.

*If you custom order something and it does not fit due to inaccurate measurements, we are not responsible, but will however fix for a fee. If we are the one who has made the mistake, we will be happy to fix free of charge.

SHIPPING POLICY

*Everything will be shipped USPS unless otherwise specified.

*As the customer, it is your responsibility to ask about purchasing insurance for shipping. Shipping insurance is highly recommended, as we are NOT responsible for anything lost or damaged during the shipping process. Shipping insurance typically runs a few dollars extra,

*PLEASE make sure we have the CORRECT shipping address when you place your order.

*Tracking numbers can be obtained if you ask. I will let you know when you item(s) have been shipped.

MISC POLICY

*Must be 18 years or older to place an order. Designs can be done by anyone, in the case of a child, a parent or guardian MUST be the one placing & paying for the order.

*Once you place an order, there are no cancellations offered, except for special circumstances.

*Since we do order the supplies for the custom item(s) within 24-48 hours of full payment, please do not ask to change anything major after. However, smaller changes may be made by my discretion.

*Please be up to date with CURRENT turn around time. Sometimes we work ahead of schedule, or can fall behind schedule often. You may email, call or text for updated turn around time.

*If you need something by a certain date, please plan ahead & let us know as soon as possible, so that we can order the supplies quicker if necessary. We can NOT guarantee your item(s) will be finished by the date unless you specify before ordering. Sometimes this may result in an extra charge if we need to overnight your item(s).

*ALL designs/work belong to Heart Of Golde Custom Tack. If YOU physically draw out or computer generate what you would like on your tack, we will respect that and not sell it to anyone else. Meaning it is YOUR design, However, if the design was not drawn or computer generated by you, then it is ours & have the right to resell it as an in stock item. Please keep in mind that I hand make everything myself, & no two items will ever be exactly the same. Please ask about "protecting" your design if desired.

*If you want a brand or logo of your own on a concho or tack, this belongs to YOU and will not be sold to anyone else or duplicated.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

*Any in stock items are to be paid in full before shipping.

*Any item(s) below $100 are expected to be paid in full at time of order.

*You may have us send you and invoice for you to make payments on, and as soon as invoice is paid in full we will begin your design, turn around time will start from that point.

*This is to prevent anyone from only partially paying for a product of ours and then bailing.


*If you are concerned you won't be able to make a payment, I recommend paying in full, at time of order to avoid any payment issues.

SAFETY DISCLAIMER

*ALWAYS be sure to adjust your tack to your horse's proper fit to avoid any safety problems.

*ALWAYS use common sense when working with horses or other livestock to ensure both your, and your animal's safety.

*ALWAYS replace anything that is worn or broken and do NOT use these items on your animal.

*ALWAYS double check conchos, screws, ties or laces on all your tack to ensure you do not risk any kind of wreck or accident with your horse.

*DUE TO THE UNPREDICTABLE NATURE OF HORSES AND OTHER ANIMALS, ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES INVOLVING LIVESTOCK, HEART OF GOLDE CUSTOM TACK, ITS OWNER(S), WORKERS AND ALL AFFILIATES CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO YOUR TACK WHILE USING THESE PRODUCTS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING THE SAFETY OF YOUR ITEMS.
