Heidi's Herbals & Holistic Care

Heidi is a holistic health enthusiast, Reiki practitioner, Hatha Yoga certified teacher, & western herbalist. She received her bachelor's in Human Biology at NC State with minors in Psychology & Outdoor Leadership. After having decided the western medicine path was not for her, but still having a desire for helping others with health & healing, she turned to study holistic health as a means of an alternative natural way of healing the body. She has a background in theta healing & Ayurvedic nutrition which she pulls from in order to tie together the spiritual & emotional aspects of optimal physical health.
She offers one on one spiritual, emotional, & physical empowerment sessions. Which can include, but is not limited to, unpacking belief systems, meditations, reiki energy work, & personalized herbal remedies.
She also regularly has available a rotating product line that include locally, handcrafted, organic herbal remedies in salve, lip balm, & tincture form.
