The best way to describe what training is like at Hero Fitness is that it's a happy medium or transition for people that have been working out at big box gyms and want MORE (results, attention, creative workouts, etc) but aren't financially able to become a member of a high end, boutique gym or want to lift weights but are intimidated by Cross Fit.

Hero Team Training: Not like your average boot camp. This class combines all elements of fitness and will have you working as a team or with a partner to get the workout done.
Villain Training: Defeat the Villain of the day and consider yourself a hero! All Villain classes incorporate weight training of some kind: kettlebell, dumbbells, barbells
Triple C: Core Cardio Circuits. Get in a quick 30-45 minute workout to get your heart rate up and your abs on fire!
Bodied By Dale: M/W/F 630pm Work with Dale "The Sculptor" Turner to give your core, arms, back, and glutes more attention.
Power Hour: Work on one heavy lift for half the class then focus on a skill like jumping, pull ups, Turkish Get Ups, or balance at the end of class
