Hina is a yakitori eatery located in the heart of Temescal Oakland, California.
Chef-Partner Tommy Cleary brings a refined approach to yakitori and a wide variety of other offerings from chicken liver pate to deep fried Tori Nanban at Hina. Cleary makes use of every part of the chicken.
To fuel and flavor the yakitori, Cleary will be using special charcoal, or Binchotan, imported from Japan.
