"I just want you guys to know, your house always makes my night. Not because of shows, but because of the educated and empowering approach you bring to the community. You remind me that there are still kids out there who actually give a shit, and feel like you're on the same page as the punk scene I knew as an eleven year old. Who want to give people a good time, but who's bottom line is bringing people together. And when some teenage hipster sidles through the door just to hear a band they heard was cool, they see the pronoun posting, and the anti-phobias and isms sign, and are forced to remember that they're not just here to slug PBRs and collect patches from bands. That this music has always, and will always mean inclusion and will always trump hate and bigots, and if you're not here to help with that, then get the fuck out.
Anyway.
You guys are good.
