Our founder, JoAnn ("Jo") Holmes, is a graduate of Stanford University and Emory School of Law. Jo has spoken extensively on technology, intellectual property and social media, including for the Association of Corporate Counsel, the Georgia State Bar, Cornell Law School, and before Fortune 50 company audiences. She's served as an Adjunct Professor of Law, taught "IP 101" to senior management, sales and marketing teams in customized seminars, and written on legal issues for the American Bar Association.
