Holt is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, United States. At the 2010 census the population was 3,638. It is part of the Tuscaloosa, Alabama Metropolitan Statistical Area. The racial makeup of the community was 51.67% White, 47.04% Black or African American, 0.44% Native American, 0.02% Asian, 0.12% from other races, and 0.71% from two or more races. 1.49% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
