HAC is a place for anyone who wants to work toward healing. This can be in any area of your life, for any reason: current or past relationships, issues of self-worth, experiences of trauma and abuse, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns, and more.

We all need someone to share our thoughts and experiences with, and we all deserve to find peace. I'd love to walk alongside you on your journey.
