Horizon Personal Training and Nutrition has been built and managed by a world renowned personal trainer residing right here in Connecticut. The original program was based on the Transformation of someone starting with the body and leading to the rest of their life. It has grown to several other personal fitness trainers to accommodate the transformation along with working with youth's, teens and seniors to accomplish their goals in fitness or sports training. The entire personal training staff is hand picked and undergoes a difficult process to be awarded the opportunity to become a trainer. Each personal trainer is extraordinarily passionate about client results and it shows when you walk in the door. It is a very positive atmosphere that people go to, for the best part of their day!
