All classes on Hot Yoga 4 You Locust Valley's schedule are open to beginner students. Our staff is trained to help you through and guide you effectively and safely. Teachers will encourage you to achieve more focus and your goals. The practice grows with you, so as you gain more strength and flexibility, there are always challenges and ways to advance.

Hot yoga is beneficial because the second you enter the hot room you will embark on a wonderfully opening, detoxifying challenge in which every cell and muscle in your body will be stimulated. The room temperature is heated to about 105 F for each class, with humidity added to the room. We also offer Barre classes!
