- HOT27 Level 1 class with a mix of Hatha Yoga, with some postures from our Bikram roots that allow each student to work on form and alignment. This class will also prepare each student for our Level 2 Hotyasa Flow.

MY Mindful Yoga Mindful Yoga
Meditation is at the heart of our yogic path at HYU. This 60 minute class offers the basic fundamentals of a Hatha Yoga practice with postures that are accessible to all students. Perfect for first-time or continuing students interested in going deeper into their meditation practice and helpful those working through injuries or physical limitations. MY Mindful, serves as a portal to the spiritual and meditative Self. Through this practice of asanas and conscious breath awareness, students experience deep relaxation and from here, real meditation is only a step away. In this space, positive change occurs at a such a deep level that if affects every aspect of our lives from our own self-image, to how we relate to the world.
Bhakti Vin
This 60 minute heart centered, slower paced vinyasa flow has an emphasis on love and devotion. The aim of Bhakti Vin is about creating real connection to Self on our journey to enlightenment. This practice is about finding devotion in our lives, a devotion that brings us closer to the God of our own beautiful and unique understanding. It is through this practice that incorporates mindful movement, breathwork, chanting and meditation that peace, gratitude, and compassion are awakened, resulting in a radiant body and a joy filled life.
VPC Vinyasa Pilates Core
This Core strength class is a seamless fusion of vinyasa flow with standing and mat Pilates, targeting abdominals, glutes, arms and thighs. 50 minutes
Yin
This deep stretching asana practice targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body. By holding the postures for 3-5 minutes the fascia can fully release. It is a deep stretch and meditation. Yin is based on myofascial meridians in the body that correspond to the points of acupuncture in Chinese medicine and is a perfect complement to our dynamic and muscular (yang) classes.
Little Yogis
A fun uplifting class for children ages 4-11 with an emphasis on basic yoga principles, breath awareness, balance, coordination and gross/fine motor skills. 60 minutes
