Hugh's Culinary is a premium caterer and event creator for some of the largest and most prestigious events in South Florida. With a passion for exquisite cuisine, and a dedication to professional service, we have established ourselves as one of South Florida's leading culinary experts for over 40 years. Our knowledgeable event coordinators offer complete event consultation, handling everything from gourmet cuisine, elegant decor, venue placement, lighting and entertainment, professional photography, rentals, wedding cakes and more!

Hugh’s Culinary is capable of producing any type of event from intimate dinner parties to large spectator sporting events at any location. We also have our own state-of-the-art Banquet Facility. Our venue offers over 40,000 square feet of event space with two entirely unique rooms that can easily be transformed into any type of atmosphere. The elegant Cypress Room can accommodate up to 200 guests, and houses a state of the art performance kitchen, 30 foot long cypress wood wine table, an intimate library and a beautiful mahogany bar. Take a walk on the wild side in our African Safari Room, which can seat up to 300 guests, and offers an Amazon tiki bar, billiard game nook and a private oak cigar den.
