Our Programs:

The Art of Living–Senior Program is designed to meet the needs of our senior neighbors through modified yoga classes and varied activities, including art, gardening, and more. (Weekly)

Art and Theater Programming helps students of all ages deepen the capacity for focus and involvement, stimulates curiosity, and encourages positive collaboration.

Community Yoga/Wellness Classes: Yoga classes are offered throughout the week for all ages and experience levels. (Weekly)

Job Skills: I Grow Chicago is committed to creating entrepreneurship/apprentice opportunities for youth and community members by combining both workforce development and financial literacy. (TBA)

The Art of Being Male–Male Mentorship Program gives male youth a chance to interact with adults and other male peers in a positive environment focused on self-growth and empowerment. Mentors teach physical, mental and emotional skills for dealing with environmental pressures, featuring the tools of yoga and mindful thinking. (Weekly)

The Millicent "Mama" Hill Girls' Mentoring Program promotes girls' and young women's self-awareness, self-respect and self-control, utilizing the tools of yoga, mentoring and creative writing. The program is designed to fit girls and young women ages 8-18. (Weekly)
The Parent Connections Program will provide a safe space for parents to share without fear of being judged. Each class will cover varying topics to improve parental effectiveness and will include a yoga session. (Monthly)

Additionally, we host many community events throughout Englewood, including large-scale Fall & Winter holiday feasts; toy, tood, and blanket drives; facilitated conversations about peace and community building; and more.
