Second Annual Iowa City Classic Competition. This friendly competition that will test your fitness levels and allow you to meet other athletes in the area. This event will have 3 workouts full of intensity and teamwork. Prepare yourself for the unknown or unknowable!

Snatch 135/85 (1RM)

*1RM- athlete should be able to at least perform 1 repetition at the weight designated for that movement.
