">It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to work on their nutrition and goals with a trained professional. As a Health Coach, Yoga teacher and Pilates Instructor, I create a supportive environment that will enable you to achieve all of your health goals. I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you. I am able to create physical fitness sequences to match your personal body-type as well as food guides to match.

Most approaches to nutrition and physical fitness dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, and extensive exercise. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, or intense work out regimes, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.

No one diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.

Health Coaching Specific:

I attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.

Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

Pilates Specific:

Upon becoming certified to teach Pilates at Power Pilates located in NYC my whole life has improved. Practicing Pilates regularly has had such an amazing impact on my overall appearance. Three major changes I noticed from Pilates are a fully corrected posture, strengthened abdominals, and a dramatically increased energy level.

Pilates is a corrective exercise which not only will transform your physical body but also when practiced consistently creates balance and control in ones lifestyle.
It is a lengthening and leaning exercise. For people who practice Pilates growing an inch or two is extremely common. Because of the core strength, breathing techniques, and range of motion you achieve with Pilates chronic back pain and other debilitating physical ailments decrease significantly. Pilates when done regularly is capable of creating an extremely new and exciting physical and mental well being.

Joseph Pilates was born in 1883 in a small village in Germany. He was influenced by Eastern and Western forms of exercise - like yoga. He later came in contact with war veterans who had many physical issues disabling them from moving around without pain. This is when Joe began the development of Pilates. He focused on the core muscles that help keep the body balanced which also supports the spine. Through this he was able to heal people physically and mentally by creating a fused mind and body experience.

Yoga Specific:

Recently completed 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training located in Ubud, Bali through Routes of Yoga (Yoga Alliance certified).

There is so much to say about yoga. Yoga is 5% about physical practice and 95% about your mind-body connection. Using your breath to create presence and awareness in your body, you will become closer and closer to enlightenment and pure joy from the inside out. Yoga is an everyday practice of letting go of the outside world and strengthening your connection inward. I would recommend yoga to all people who are looking to heal their bodies beginning with the mind.
