ABOUT “IDOL’S KITCHEN!”

For nearly 30 years, Mark Koval has appeared around the United States and Canada as the notorious professional wrestling manager “The Golden Idol.” Throughout his illustrious career, he has guided the likes of Sheik Adnan Al Kaissie, Ken Patera Tijo Khan, Chris Markoff, “Lethal” Larry Cameron and a host of others to championship gold in the unpredictable and wild pro mat world. Most recently, he managed the world renowned Ariya Daivari just prior to the latter’s meteoric rise in World Wrestling Entertainment. In addition The Idol still holds gold today with his champion Aaron Corbin. Along with award winning promoter Ed “The Architect” Hellier and veteran television play by play announcer (Verne Gagne’s AWA on ESPN) Mick Karch, Koval is part of the “Steel Domain Wrestling”
company based out of Minnesota. SDW launched the careers of such well known stars as C.M. Punk, Austin Aries, Ken Anderson, Scrap Iron Adam Pearce, Colt Cabana, Ace Steel, and many more.
In addition to his success inside the squared circle, and the owner of Your Property Caregivers Ohio Koval has three decades of experience in the restaurant business, both front and back of the house. His creations have been a hit at every level from fine dining to casual fare! He brought his passion for food, culinary skills, and a genuine desire to provide an enjoyable and fun dining experience to Ohio as he launched “Idol’s Kitchen!” Mark is also
introducing us to a delicious burger that originated in Minnesota restaurants called the “Jucy Lucy!”
