Inner Heat Yoga

Inner Heat Yoga aims to build a community in the Brattleboro area that is grounded in healing, personal growth, and joy. We seek to make Yoga accessible to everyone by offering classes catering to all experience levels, at affordable rates, in a convenient location.

Along with group classes, IHY offers private instruction in Yoga and Pilates, workshop intensives, and fun special events. There are Yoga props and accessories available for use at the studio and for purchase.
