Inspirher

InspirHER is a retreat focused on women’s fitness and wellness. The attendees will be participating in multiple workout sessions with Certified Trainers, gain knowledge and inspiration from expert guest speakers. The retreat will also lend exposure to a wide variety of businesses that tie into fitness and wellness for women, as well as their new image. The retreat will include keynote speakers, instructional classes, exhibitors, meals and so much more.

The goal behind InspirHER, is to offer an affordable, informative and inspirational retreat for women of every shape, size and fitness level. We as females should feel good about ourselves internally, externally and spiritually.
