Interfaith Clinic

Interfaith Clinic, a service of SHARE Foundation, is a not-for-profit medical clinic that serves a low-income, uninsured or underinsured, population in Union County, AR. Medical and limited pharmacy and dental services are provided at little or no cost to patients. Qualifying patients will not be turned away due to inability to pay. Interfaith is a unique service to residents of Union County. Most patients only other option for healthcare would be the local emergency room.

To see if you qualify, the following items are required:
--Arkansas photo ID
--Proof of income
--utility bill with current address
