At Inveniam Athletics we train differently. You won't see rows of machines and treadmills. You are the machine! What you will see is kettlebells, bumper plates, pull-up bars and gymnastic rings. But don't be afraid this type of training is for everyone. All of the movements can be modified/scaled to meet you at your current fitness level and we will build from there.
At Inveniam Athletics we welcome all ages, sizes and skill levels. We aim to individualize your training session in a group setting. We do this by selecting the correct exercise for you and ensuring that you are at the proper intensity level for each workout.
