With a beautiful urban gym on one side and a warm, welcoming kitchen on the other, you’ll feel right at home. The studio space is a private facility designed for one-to-one mentoring and training. It’s been created for growth, and as such, you’ll discover that it is both a safe harbor and a place to test your limits.

Iron and Salt’s core philosophy is based on six foundational principles of healing: thoughts, nutrition, hydration, movement, sleep, and breath. As certified C.H.E.K (corrective, holistic, exercise, kinesiology) Institute practitioners, our trainers are highly skilled and specially educated in order to address all of your health concerns, alleviate body pains, take your conditioning and sport to the next level—often succeeding where other forms of training and medical intervention have failed. We are both intuitive and practical, teaching, living and standing by our knowledge and experience.

Unlike most cookie cutter training experiences gyms offer, and long before you lift a weight or try a diet regiment, we assess everything about your body and lifestyle. By understanding your starting point physically, mentally, and emotionally we can tailor a program based on your needs, goals, available time and resources. This is how we assure your success.
