For Chef Nakajima's Kaiseki Omakase
There is a maximum of 8 people that the chef will serve at once. It is highly recommended to make a reservation beforehand to ensure your seat. It must be specified that you would like to sit in front of Chef Nakajima at the time you make the reservation. If possible, direct contact with Chef Nakajima is best.
Chef Nakajima prides himself in the fact he does not use ANY farmed fish in his Omakase. This is something no other restaurant can say. No matter how high quality farmed tuna seems, Chef will use wild tuna that is in season instead. If no good quality wild tuna is available, he will not use any. Please understand that Chef Nakajima wants for his customers to enjoy true Edomae sushi, and he anticipates your patronage.
