A quick 30 minutes is all you need for one of our high-energy blast classes, a one one personal training session, or just a welcoming space to help make your workout flow. Going back to work after your workout? No problem! Just grab a quick shower in one of our clean locker rooms or a smoothie or healthy lunch in our relax area.
