Jan Jones Real Estate

Much of Jan’s career has not been spent specifically in selling/buying real estate, but in the arts with a strong connection to real estate through her focus on Mid-Century Modern architecture, furniture, and landscaping. She has provided interior design services for homes in Ohio, Alabama, and now in California. The advantage she provides includes her “artist’s eye” and ability to listen to what her client’s really need and want. As a listing agent, Jan provides the added benefit of her Accredited Staging Professional designation. Through this accreditation, Jan has the ability to create a market ready listing using a number of helpful techniques. As a buyers agent Jan will work tirelessly to find you the right home whether you want a fixer-upper with “good bones” or a multi-million-dollar “dream” home—as well as everything in between.

In her spare time, Jan is a competitive rower on the Sacramento State AC Masters Team and she
creates art in several mediums, including multimedia, paper, print, and ceramics. Additionally, she enjoys finding antiques and vintage items in her travels.
Jan is well traveled, having lived in Europe for 8.5 years. In addition to most of Western Europe, has traveled extensively in the United States.
