The Frames you see here are not made in a factory or at a sweatshop in another country. They are made of solid wood. Only the wood is not a mystery wood covered with a nice veneer, stapled together with metal hardware. I make closed cornered frames out of my home with my own hands using wood joinery. I can't mass produce frames, but when I have time, I buy some wood, and over a week I mill, join, sand, glue, and hand rub finish that wood into a few frames. Once a batch of frames are ready to display artwork, I post them for sale here. Once they are sold, they are gone. However, if what you want is not available, you can always order a custom frame specially made just for you.
