Jazzercise is an aerobic workout that also includes strength training. The class is an hour long and includes kick boxing, jazz dance, pilates, yoga and latin dance and uses all the current music of all genres. You will burn fat, strengthen your heart and tone your muscles all in one hour. It is the MOST fun way to workout! It is for all ages and fitness levels.
