Do you know what an exclusive buyer agency is? The concept is not well known even thought it's been around for more than 15 years. It is a business model that only advocates for buyers, meaning the firm will never take listings thus, never working for sellers. This concept came into existence because North Carolina real estate law used to be a sellers-only state, meaning agents never represented buyers. Fortunately, the real estate commission realized how badly buyers could be hurt by this and finally gave some protection to buyers.

I am based out of the Wrightsville Beach and Wilmington area, but am well versed in our neighboring towns. I've lived, played, and worked in Wrightsville Beach for the last 7 years, Wilmington since 2002, and grew up less than an hour away. I've watched this town's tremendous growth since I was a child. I have so many fond memories fishing all night from the north end of Carolina Beach and have always paid attention to the area's construction progress.

I have a lifelong passion for all things related to real estate because I grew up in the construction business. In fact, my father's construction business was the number 1 framing company in Greenville, NC for Bill Clark homes.
